I tripped over a wet floor sign and got yelled at by the cashier for not picking it up. I told him what I thought about his customer service. He kicked me out of the store. This is my neighborhood 7 11 and like going there. Most employees there are exceptional but not that guy. Whatever happened to customer service today? Won't be going back and I'm recommending to everyone I know to not go there.

5 47 on mothers day. Watched the employee lock the doors. Walk into the back. 15 minutes later it's still locked. No signs are off. All lights are on. No "be back soon" sign or anything. I've watched 12+ customers pull in and attempt to get service . They have turned away a MINIMUM of 100$ in sales. ( only stating this because 4 of those customers were after cigarettes. The level of unprofessionalism. Whoever was working today around 530 needs fired or at least reprimanded. This isn't how you run a business.

Came here at 4pm and the doors were locked. There's a cardboard sign taped to the door that says "CLOSED". When a business doesn't even stick to their posted business hours, I can't reliably count on the store being open when I walk over to it, and I'll be taking my luck somewhere else.

This sign is abhorrent and shameful. This implies the presence of houseless people makes the community less safe and clean, neither of which are true. Giving cash assistance is the best way to support people. I hope one day I can give someone money outside of your store.

Normally a great place tonight, 6-3-22 approx 2100 attendant scamming customers for money. Failing to give correct change.

I come here everyday for the past year around 4:30- 5:00 am. Ever since they hired the latest clerk, she never opens the store. Not sure if she’s waiting for daylight or what. Since they chancy their night time clerk monthly I can’t wait for the replacement so I can start coming here again for energy drinks and snacks.

Came in at 12:15 for lunch and was very disappointed. Hot dogs were old and shriveled, chicken strips looked dryer than the Mohave desert and 1 of the 2 Chimichangas I got was rock hard and inedible. This stores food quality has gone way down and the older gentleman (no name tag) is very rude.

Had a wonderful conversation with the employees here today. My son is in the hospital and really wanted a slurpy and they just let me have it for him. All I can say is I’ll definitely be going back.
