No mistakes were made. Got everything correct on our order and everything we ordered was there. The food was well made. Tasted very good and filling. There were about 5 cars ahead of us but there was not much of a wait, very fast service. Employees were friendly and thorough.

It's okay, BUT I'd like to order my food without being interrupted in-between each individual item with "WOULD YOU LIKE DOUBLE THE MEAT OR SOUR CREAM." it makes me forget what I actually want to order. Can they just wait till after I order everything? And are they actually training the employees to suffer saying this non-stop. Make it stop.

Fast drive thru service but I don't like how they ask to keep the change portion of your change for a charity. If I wanted to donate I would tell you. Instead it makes me feel like an a** when I say no thanks to donating .95cents. Besides that the food was great. Thats my only complaint.

No Mexican pizzas here mid day. The woman’s voice over the intercom was so depressing that I felt I had an obligation to try to make her smile. Whatever I ordered was not memorable but the experience of changing her uninterested voice to a smile was a nice challenge. Wait…why do I try to expect quality service even at a fast food restaurant? I guess I like to be treated the way I would treat you if you came to my drive thru. Lol sometimes you just gotta have some fun. I said yes to extra meat, added sour cream and rounded up to donate. I spent more money to make her smile and they actually did add more meat and sour cream this time.

The way I get treated as a doordasher provides me with the indication of who deserves my business for my family of 10. And I can say going forward Taco Bell will not be one of them. While on an order this morning an employee told me I had to purchase something to use the bathroom. That's a great policy for somebody that's just walking in off of the street but as I am an independent contractor I am technically at work right now and I clearly have to have a working relationship with my restaurants, as my customer did purchase something I am representing him so to speak. In my eyes the way you treat me reflects how you would treat me as a customer. As for this interaction this morning I will make sure to not be doing my business through Taco Bell any longer. I truly wish your employees could find some compassion for door Dashers as I assume they need not purchase things before they use the bathroom as that would be ridiculous.

I've tried twice to get a simple bean rice and cheese burrito.... First time they skipped the rice and added onion it was disgusting.... This time who ever made it must have have the cinnamon sugar from the cinnabon delights all over their hands because its all I taste from this burrito :(

I had gone at first to the Taco Bell on Canyon Road and 112th cross street in Puyallup where they told me they were out of beef and red sauce initially over the intercom. Then as I ordered my two items, as I only eat chicken, the girl said she only had chicken for one item. I was disappointed and asked why they were out of both beef and chicken and she said they were about to close, the store is open till midnight, I came by at 10:30. I use to work for Taco Bell as one of my first jobs in my early 20's and after talking to the girl at the window found that they weren't out of the item, they just neglected to drop them to warm in the water and didn't want to clean it up at the end of the night, pure laziness.
I then proceeded to come to the Taco Bell in Tacoma using more gas and money in order to see if this was everywhere. My service was fast, the worker was kind and even asked for my cheesy gordita if I wanted a dorito shell which I typically ask for and I felt that was above and beyond to be able to anticipate such a request. Not only did they ask and cater to go above and beyond with the proper questioning of if I wanted extra anything on top of asking if I wanted to change my shell they actually had all ingredients, processed the line quickly, were polite, asked if I wanted hot sauce and actually asked over the com if I wanted to donate to childrens education which I know should be asked by the other one as well but Canyon road neglected to drop items, be kind and do that. I was highly impressed with the hard working team of Rafa, Ritz and Raul to get everything accomplished with a clean presentation, kind manners, details and a smile. This team is excellent and should be rewarded. If this message is seen by the regional manager, I highly suggest getting Puyallup stores whipped back into shape as it seems to be the issue not only on Canyon but also on Meridian and downtown Merdian stores. Thank you.

Good service, good customer service, good flavorful food, clean place, but be alert about your car in the parking lot. Lots of shady & Sketchy characters people walking, and hanging around in the big parking lot
