Eddie & Sam's Ny Pizza

Took a trip to Tampa to visit family and came here as per the reviews on Tik Tok. Coming in at 4.1 ⭐️ Odd ball star review. I couldn't bring them to 4.2 and here's the deal... Our first time here and while the layout was appreciated, it was also confusing. They have cash register to place order for single slices and soda. They also have 'online' tablets to place your order... Ok. Then there's a video monitor showcasing their food showing if you place order online, you get 10% off. But, the discount applies to orders placed on your phone, which they considered "online". Alright, so we ordered our pizzas online and Sicilian slice and soda at cash register. The Sicilian was good though my corner slice didn't have enough of the sauce and cheese to cover it - there was about a good 1 ½" - 2" of crust. On to the largest pizza... I appreciated the obnoxious size and while it was good, there were some down sides. I found the sauce alittle sweet though it had the right amount of cheese. The dough however was alittle dense for such a large pie - this may be fine for some but it threw off the texture. We also order the Buffalo chicken, which the Mrs. said it was good. Honestly the place was busy but I left just alittle disappointed.

Great spot for grabbing pizza, watching a game and hanging with friends. NY style pizza that tastes great! You order from kiosks. Tons of pizza options by the slice or full pie. They have apps too, including wings. Soda and water.. no bar. Dine in our take out. Recommend if you are looking for a quick meal, pizza with friends, place to hang and grab some good pizza. On street parking.

I don’t Doordash often but when I do, I spend twice as much for being lazy 😅 Although it was delivery, my pie still arrived fresh. I ordered the lasagna pizza and added eggplant. Although I would’ve liked the eggplant to be a bit more crispy—I can’t really complain as it worked really well with the combination. The marinara had a nice consistency and taste and it wasn’t too runny or bitter. The cheese was melted perfectly and the seasonings topped everything off really well. Of course you can add red pepper flakes because that makes everything better.

The pizza here tasted so delicious. The slice are huge and super cheesy. You can get full with just 2 pieces of pizza. My favorite is the Hawaiian pizza and chicken parm. I highly recommend the chicken parm pizza and the eggplant pizza. The restaurant has many seats inside and outside to sit down and enjoy. There’s self service, but you can go to the counter and order as well if you want bottle drinks or their dessert. You can also their huge 28 inches pie there as well for parties.

I've been hearing about Eddie and Sam's NY Pizza for a while now. Especially when I ask people where can I find a good pizza in the Tampa area. Okay, they didn't disappoint. I always start with a cheese pizza to compare. We all agree that it was a great pizza. And, their large pizza is a great way to impress guests just in its sheer size. I definitely will be back. I also loved their soda fountain machine as it allows you a ton of flavor and drink combinations.

This is hands down the best pizza around. If you are looking for authentic NY pizza this is the place to go. The pizza is delicious. The restaurant is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Whether it’s a slice of pizza or a 28” pizza pie it’s outstanding. The pizza comes by the slice in an assortment of specialty slices. Pizza pie sizes are 14”, 20”, or 28”. The location is easy to get to and parking is on the street or across the street.

I have the fortune of living right by this place, and I've had the pleasure of dining there many times. Without fail, they consistently deliver exceptional meals. On my most recent visit, I decided to indulge in their renowned 14" lasagna pie. This mouthwatering creation is layered with Ricotta, homemade marinara, flavorful ground beef, ample amounts of mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkling of parmigiana cheese. What truly amazed me was the incredible value for money—such a generous portion at an affordable price. It's no wonder this place is always packed and boasts thousands of glowing reviews. If you find yourself in Tampa, make sure to carve out time for a visit. It's an absolute must-try!
