Bulla Gastrobar

My In-Laws have been begging us to try Bulla out, “ They have Tapas” they said. I didn’t pay them any mind…. But this past Friday I gave in, and WOOW is not enough !! The Rooftop, the service, the atmosphere, overall the FOOD !! The options, variety and detail about the food are excellent. Wait until to try those dates, ;) ! Left 2 Right ( Stuffed dates, Paella, chefs board UPGRADE!

I had been thinking of visiting here for a while but never got around to do it until yesterday, I was blown away, I had the Serrano croquettes and let me just say what makes that dish is the fig jelly, I would never be able to taste croquettes the same way without having fig jelly on the side, as a matter of fact they should bottle that and sell it there, I for sure would be buying it!! The truffle carbonara was amazing as well, I also decided to order the paella of the day which was steak to take home to my husband, Alex took great care of me and was very attentive and informative the whole time, I was glad I got to try their food and will be back, I forgot to ask about the basque cheesecake as I was too full but their selections of tapas all sound great, it was hard to pick!!

Bartenders were both on point (Walker and Kayla) and ensured both my food and drinks were safe for my allergies. Thank you to Walker for making sure no nuts made it near my plate! Kayla, I appreciate you making my espresso martini per request. It was fantastic! You both make a solid personable duo behind the bar. Only reason atmosphere was a four was because of other bar guests— I tend to only have the capacity to talk to the bartender(s) when out alone.

I love this vibe and place. Food is so authentic and amazing, the service is always great, and the atmosphere is fun. I absolutely love their Octopus Carpaccio and Ham Croquettes (forgot to take pictures). I love Spain, so having a taste of it in Tampa is awesome! Great cocktails but if you arrive early, take the elevator up to Luna Lounge and enjoy while you wait for your table. Definitely try Bulla Gastrobar, you won't be disappointed.

We loved brunch at this spot! Everything was so great. The manager and sous chef came to check on us to ensure we were enjoying our meals. We did the 3 course brunch, which we highly recommend! Food was full of flavor and the staff was great from beginning to end. Shout out to our server Dylan for taking great care of us!

Everything we tasted was delicious. Came here for a birthday party in their private room. We would have loved to stay and enjoy outside patio to share a few more drinks since it was raining and no one was out there but was told it would cost us $500 an hour because it was reserved. We were told we couldn't even stay until their reserved guests arrived.

Flynn was Great! We sat at the bar for Happy Hour...starts at 3pm. Sam came over, she was very pleasant. Always making sure everyone is having the Best Experience. We enjoyed two Old Fashioned Drinks - Original and Spanish. We enjoyed the Mediterranean salad and kale salad - just wonderful. Then We enjoyed Chorizo Cheese dip. To finish off the night we delved into the Paella of the Day. Amazing. Great variety of Food and Drinks. GO Enjoy!
