A pleasant spot for a family hangout, with a slightly formal ambiance. As a vegetarian, I found the food to be satisfactory. The service was courteous, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. While it's a bit on the pricey side, they offered a compelling deal—providing a gift card to encourage a return visit.

Our group had one of the private rooms for a pre teen birthday celebration which was great. The only complaint is the space is a little tight for our group but we made it work. The staff especially Allison made the experience phenomenal. She made sure everyone was well taken cared of and explained the process and experience as much times as needed to the stragglers. We had one issue that the restaurant managers Heather and I think his name was Robert addressed immediately and were very accommodating. They checked in on many occasions to make sure all was well. Overall the pre teens and adults enjoyed the experience. Thank you!

What a fun experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, even romantic. There are many cheese fondue types they offer. We selected the Classic Alpine - more of a traditional cheese fondue. It was very good. We ordered the Steak Lovers fondue for the main course. The sauces they serve really enhance the experience. For dessert we ordered the Bananas Foster fondue. The Bananas Foster fondue was easily the best thing I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend the Melting Pot.

If I could give this place and the staff 100 stars, I would. I cannot express what an exceptional experience my husband and I had for our five year wedding anniversary. Making a reservation was a breeze through their website. I noted that it was our anniversary and as soon as we walked through the doors and mentioned the reservation, we were not only greeted so warmly but the anniversary wishes were so genuine. We were seated in an intimate area of the restaurant which was really nice and our waiter Colt was fantastic. When he approached our table, he too knew that it was our anniversary, made conversations regarding it, as it was our first time thoroughly explained what the dining experience entails, and provided additional dietary accommodations which we appreciated. Honestly, we WILL be returning as we had an extraordinary and wonderful experience for the entire night. Thank you to all who contributed to our phenomenally memorable night.

Great experience, delicious food and very attentive staff. My husband made a reservation for our anniversary. They seated us in a private area. The staff wished us Happy Anniversary and at the desert course they sent a plate that said Happy Anniversary in chocolate. We did the big night out. The food was amazing!! Highly recommend!!!

Let me start by saying that I’m combining back to back experiences in a single review(Thursday/Friday). My first experience was so stellar, above and beyond. The second one left me scratching my head as to what could have made it so much worse. The server we had the first night, wish I could remember her name. Was bubbly, joyful and attentive. It was like she was keeping an eye on our progress. Drinks were always full, our courses were back to back without a lull, and laughter every time she came to the table. A stark difference to having to remind the second waiter to bring our cheese out, then the extras we ordered took so long we were almost done with the cheese at this point. Hed dropped the nutmeg on the floor when first preparing our cheese, so he said he’d bring some back. There was clearly double or triple the amount of nutmeg when he returned (in a little soufflé dish) that he put into the cheese. At this point in time, mind you there’s only about a third of the cheese left, so you can imagine that the taste was just completely god-awful. He effectively ruined the rest of the cheese. Our server made us wait over a half an hour in total for him to come back to the table(between three or four trips) it was like “what is he doing”? As we just sat and waited. When we did finally get him to bring our chocolate he added way more cinnamon to the flame and it only hit bitter notes in the chocolate. Yet again ruining the flavor of something we both craved. My friend and I were celebrating my birthday and being cancer free for two months. I wish that every experience was as delightful as our first, and my hope is that no one be forced to experience how bad the second one was.
