Fushia Asian Bistro

I’ve come here about 5 times in the last 6 months since it has so much to offer. Sezchuan dishes, hot pot, dim sum- you name it. And not only is there great quantity on the menu but also great quality. In addition the portion sizes are great. Whenever my friends want to try something new, unique, delicious and budget-friendly - this place is on the top of my recommendations

What an awesome spot for delicious Asian cuisine. These guys have my favorite chicken lettuce wrap and the dry pot chicken is to die for. Best part, the portions are always large and there is always food leftover for tomorrow & sometimes even for a third dinner!! Definitely a place worth trying in the New Tampa area

I visited Fushia for the first time this afternoon and I t will definitely not be my last visit!! I recently became aquatinted with the Hot Pot style of cooking and I must say, out of the few restaurants that offer Hot Pot dining in this area, Fushia has them all beat hands down!!! We were welcomed with open arms and such a friendly staff! Even though we have eaten Hot Pot and BBQ before, the server took us on a tour and showed us where all the food was located. They have separate refrigerators for the hot pot and Korean BBQ items, along with a nice sauce bar!! Here, you grab what you want & start cooking. The broths were delicious. I had the spicy butter broth which was amazing!! Pork belly on the BBQ is also a must try!!! Drinks and dessert are included in the price of the buffet!!! I think that's really great!!! Fushia also has karaoke rooms too!! I can't wait to come back with some friends so that we can try that as well!! After eating we spoke to Sharon and raved about the food! She is so sweet!!!! Great staff here! Ok this is a long review but, I'm still so happy and excited to have found Fushia!!! I plan on introducing some friends to Hot Pot!!! I know they will love it!!!! I do!!! Totally Amazing!!

This place is awesome!!!! I love coming here when I haven’t eaten much because I know I’ll leave full! There are so many choices for broth, but spicy butter is my favorite. You can bring even the picky eaters here because they have a great assortment of meats, fish, and veggies for you to enjoy! Worth every penny!
