A very refreshing experience, rather than other fast food restaurants. Love the meat freshness and all the different options available. My favorite is the Double Swiss and Mushroom Burger. Try it, you will see what I mean. Customer service was great. They go above and beyond to cater to you. Totally recommend this place.

Came in tonight for dinner before living back in Dallas. The entire staff greeted my family and I when I came in with smiles and waves. I ordered the Doubkle Bacon Burger with a large fry. Flavor took me back home, and the food was hot and fresh. The gentleman with glasses and blonde dreads came out to check on us and the rest of the dining room often. I ended my night with a sweet treat, and the team sent us off with smiles and waves. This experience was set apart from any other culvers I've gone to. Whoever is running the show is doing great. You guys were great!

This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had in a fast or casual food restaurant. I'm very easy to please and don't expect much but when I walked in the entire staff smiled and greeted my family, we were checked on several times and seen off with a friendly goodbye from everyone. Those gestures put smiles on my families faces. Compliments to the team for creating such a great atmosphere. What a wonderful group of people you all have there.

This is , in my opinion the best burger joint around, period! The burger has s unique great flavor and does not taste like the"run if the mill" burger so full of fillers and preservatives like almost every other fast food place out there . It tops steak n shake in flavor AND value. Its fresher than "wendy's"and unlike wendys, it has a friendly staff backed by a corporate that shows appreciation for us customers and our concerns! Great burger, great organization!..Thank You!

The heat inside is unbearable. We have complained everytime we are here and nothing has been done about it. I have sweat running down my back it is so hot, trying to eat my lunch in the dining room that is at least 80 degrees and not my car, running the engine to cool down. My shrimp was so dark like it was refried. My wife's cod looked like picked-over cod and overcooked. French fries even though requested fresh came to us not hot. The friendly service waa missing except for KiKi who was friendly and worked hard to redo our order. Maybe staff would be more happy and friendly if not for the miserable conditions they are working in - overheated and w/broken equipment.
