The Winghouse Of Brandon 301

Food was awesome. It was our last night before heading home, so we wanted something easy, and close to our hotel. This place was great. I ordered the bacon burger and was happy & satisfied. The fries were yum too. My friend ordered wings & tots. The wings are HUUUUGE! The drummetes were basically legs, so keep this in mind when ordering. The service was ok. We sat on the patio, which apparently is self-serve. Waited probably at least 20 min before being asked if we've been helped, and probably only asked because we kept looking around. I thought it strange since the hostess was going to sit us inside, but we asked to sit outside....to which we were told to sit anywhere. She didn't tell anyone a new table was out there? Once we got help, it was fine from there. So a small hiccup. There were families eating here too.... so it appears to be a local spot for all people to enjoy.

I'm a truck driver and I broke down in Tampa and had spend the night went to the WingHouse on 301 by the fair Grounds. I ordered a steak with fries and streamed brockley it was one of the better steaks I've had cooked the way I ordered it and very flavorful. The Girls were very friendly and attentive over a very nice experience

Came to eat here before the Zac brown concert. We thought it was going to be a very bad idea. Friday night and concert across the street. Yes it was packed, but we got a seat right away, and our waitress killed it. She was very friendly, and definitely kept things moving . The food came out really quick being how packed they were, and the wings were right on point. If I’m every in the area again for a beer or a concert this will definitely be a stop.

Wing House offers a dining experience that has its ups and downs. The onion rings, coated in panko bread crumbs, left a lot to be desired as they tasted as if they were not freshly prepared, lacking that satisfying crunch and freshness. Similarly, the bone-in wings also fell short in terms of meat quality and flavor, giving the impression that they were precooked and reheated. Despite the disappointing food, what stood out at Wing House was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure our dining experience was as pleasant as possible. They promptly addressed our concerns and maintained a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. In conclusion, while the panko bread crumb onion rings and bone-in wings left much to be desired, the outstanding customer service is a silver lining that might make this place worth a visit if you prioritize great service over food quality.

Went on a lunch break from work, taking a few of my employees out to celebrate a success we had at the warehouse. We have been to a few locations, and we have to be honest when we say that there really isn't a "wow" factor when it comes to the food. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with "hot" sauce. The wrap came out tepid at best, and the chicken inside wasn't "hot" spicy at all. Steak fries were good. Others had a variety of burgers that were decent. But, that's about how everyone felt afterwards...is was just ok. Obviously, places like Wing House and the other competitors never fall short on the "scenery". Service was a little slow and we arrived at the tail end of the lunch rush. Is this experience enough to cause us to not return? Not exactly. Just would like to see the improvement on the food prep.
