Watervue Grille

Watervue hosted a recent private dinner for my company and we could not have been more thrilled with how the night went! The room set-up was perfect, staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the food was incredible. I heard so many good things from customers and colleagues alike. We were in town for a conference from out of state and it is always a little nerve wracking to plan dinners at a restaurant I've never been. Shout out to Cathy for many weeks of being so responsive, assuring, and patient with me as my team ironed out details for the night. Maeghan and her team were so hospitable and friendly the night of, too! If I'm ever back in Tampa, I will be sure to visit again!

Our waitress, Lila (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) was excellent. She was so kind and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was great :) She had such a sweet energy and was beyond amazing! Watervue is in a very cozy location, right near the water, and perfect for date night. Their Lotus cocktail was so good! And they have great happy hour :) I ordered the coconut salmon and it was also great! I highly recommend talking a walk outside the area afterwards or crossing the bridge and strolling down water street :) Thank you Watervue for being perfect!!

New favorite Brunch spot!! View of the water right from your dining seat. Indoor and outdoor options are available with adequate shading for temperature control. American and seafood options to choose from. Environment was relaxed and clean. Wait staff was nice, quick, and knowledgeable of the menu and area! Parking is slim but if you go for just meal, the 2 hour spots are available close by. Want to stay in area longer? Check out the water taxi right out front!

I enjoyed the view by the marina. It is a nice spot. The mimosas were tasty. Matt provided pretty good service. The breakfast taco would have been better if they weren't room temperature. We actually waited a while for the tacos, so I definitely expected them to be hot. I would give them another shot.

This little hidden gem was absolutely amazing! Ordered the Mussels as an appetizer and they were so very good wish there was more of the sauce to dip the perfectly toasted bread in but I still enjoyed them. The Mahi Mahi was delicious also but the star of the evening was the pan fried Red Snapper. The green beans and potatoes were a great accompaniment topped with a beurre blanc sauce it all tasted so fresh. The house made sangria was refreshing as was the southern envy. Overall the entire meal left my tummy very happy and I can't wait to go back again.

I had a beautiful experience dinning here on a Saturday night. Arrived around 8pm for a party of two with open tables outside. The bar seating and outside seating are first come and the inside tables are reservations. The food was delicious, staff was friendly and attentive. The location is fantastic with parking garage across the street and view of the water. It was a perfect evening for the outside seating. After eating you can walk the water and rent some scooters. I recommend!
