Outback Steakhouse

Came into Tampa to visit family for the weekend, and stopped in for dinner with my daughters. The atmosphere was wonderful and service was impeccable!! Our server, Brandon was the best!! He was quick, friendly, and always made sure we were ok. And when I didn't like the taste of the sauce on my salmon, he didn't hesitate to ask if I wanted something else. My replacement meal was brought out by the manager, Shane, and he apologized for the sauce not being to my liking. He had a pleasant attitude as well. Every staff person that we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. The was the best dining experience that I've had in a long time.

I went there tonight from the welcome to outback when I walked in was so friendly and a smile on there face to my waitress Mariella to the food. It was such a great experience.. I always go to this outback when Iam in the mood for a steak. The service is always good. But, tonight I was a little bit down and the waitress that I had this time really made it from her welcoming smile to her attentive to everything I need she was just great. She was just on top of it. So, if you go there ask for Mariella she will not disappoint she is like I said on top of things. And when I left I think he was the manager and he was great also saying thank you for coming and have a great night.

Outback Steakhouse is one of my favorite places to eat. Love the sirloin steaks so we go there often. Last night’s dinner was exceptional because of our server, Michael T. He made several food suggestions that were perfect and when it came time for our check, he courteously asked if we were Rewards Members and/or AARP Members, he then made the effort to look up our Rewards amount and expiration date all on his own. Providing us great service and a genuine interest in making our experience a positive one. He did that and more. Lucky is the patron that sits at one of Michael’s tables in the bar area!

Our server Kaitlyn a”was awesome. She never let any of our drinks get low. Also checking in. She is a great asset. Corporate needs to recruit here in their marketing department when she graduates with her Master’s degree in marketing. She knows the business and what customers want. She is great. Thank you for a great lunch.

Had a nice meal here with friends for the first time. I want to shout out Natalie F as our server. We had a long day of outdoor fun on the water and were noticeably tired and out of it. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Food that came out was quick and hit the spot. Would definitely come back and hope to get Natalie again!
