I ordered a small bowl with a lemon garlic kale base, buffalo cauliflower, feta, turkey feta meatballs, and avocado Caesar dressing. It was really yummy and considering the quality of the ingredients, reasonably priced. The lady who made my bowl was really nice. The green tea was a tad weaker than I would prefer and was very expensive but still yummy. Try this place. It's got a nice vibe.

My daily lunch spot in downtown Tampa. Best bowl in town. The food is delicious and the portions are great. The staff is even better!! Always a great experience at Vale!

I absolutely LOVED my Vale Experience! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was so quick. Get the braised beef it’s the best.
