Mortar & Pestle Cafe-bar

Saw this spot a few times and decided to stop by. Atmosphere is pretty chill with a rustic retro open feel to it. The bar stool’s are pretty awesome and made out of bicycle gears. I had the chicken and waffles and was pretty floored by them. Service was good and on point with questions and refills. Will definitely be returning.

Stopped in here for a bite and great choice we made. The atmosphere was very cool and trendy. They have 32 beers on tap and make some of the best coffee in town. Food was delicious. We had the sample platter and the beef brisket was a 5 outta 5. The wings were just okay. The smoked burger just okay but smoked ketchup was on point like a dart. The chickens were mixed reviews. The waffle was amazing however the chicken could use a little more seasoning. Jason was out server and he was super duper amazing. If you have a question about food, coffee, or alcohol related he is a Walking Google. If in the Seminole area definitely stop in and check this out.

The food was good. The waitress oversold it a little. Had the chicken and waffles for brunch. The waffles were very good. The chicken was like cutting into a rubber ball. The potato hash wasn't hash at all, just potato chunks fried up. We had the pork tostones as an appetizer which were quite good. My friends had the coffee which was supposed to be this amazing experience, neither were impressed. I'd still go back to try the dinner menu.
