Zen Bistro Grill & Sushi

If you get a chance and you're in the neighborhood, stop at Zen Bistro. The staff is great and do everything with a smile. The pork belly buns are amazing. The dishes served are almost to beautiful to eat. The bowls of soup are as delicious as they are gorgeous. You won't be let done at Zen Bistro nor will you break your pocket with high quality food.

Went in for lunch with my wife and ordered ramen, gyoza, pad thai, beef fried rice. Way more than we needed in case one of the dishes came up short. Everything was on point. The Pad Thai was perfect. Spicy, but not burn your mouth off. Noodles were perfectly cooked. The ramen was perfect. If you know Buya Ramen in St. Pete, its just as good. Possibly better. The gyoza was tasty, and the sauce was delicious. My wife had the beef fried rice, and she was crazy about it. Passed this place a million times and never went in. This has got to be the biggest secret in Westchase. Cant wait to go back and try the sushi.

Great little place! Had the grilled chicken ramen. I likely won't order the same just because the grilled charred bits from the chicken ended up in the ramen and wasn't a fan of eating those bits with the noodles. The karage wasn't overtly spicy but was still good. It has a decent sized menu so I look forward to trying all new items the next time!

Great sushi in the westchase area. They make an awesome volcano roll that has crab and scallops and then baked so its slightly crispy. So freaking good. They also have decent ramen bowls. I've tried to order appetizers a few times and always seemed to be out of the item I want. Only draw back to this restaurant is the service. Not really attentive and fairly slow. There appears to be manager behind the bar but she has never approached us nor greeted us the 6 or 7 times we've been there. Not a huge deal, but shows you the lack of care of the wait staff and management.
