I had the joy of speaking to Celeste in regards to an order I placed today, one of those ho-hum days, where a beyond friendly outgoing voice and personality make all the difference,!! It's rare to run into people, who go above and beyond and want to make sure you feel special these days so I wanted to give a shout out to Celeste at Firehouse subs South Dale mabry I hope her management sees this she deserves a raise! This was my first time ever eating at Firehouse and Cici made my experience a 10/10! Her menu knowledge and recommendations, attention to detail and great sense of humor made my first Firehouse experience one to remember and i'm sure to visit her again soon!

Very friendly service. The owner/manager even came over to our table to check on us and to offer our 7 years old a kids firefighter hat! We love the Hook & Ladder sub. Very good sweet tea as well!

Firehouse Subs are always delicious.
Friendly staff, fresh bread, meats, cheeses & veggies.
This one not only supports the firehouses in the area, but as it is close to MacDill AFB, supports a lot of troops too.
Restrooms are ADA accessible & clean.

Definitely one of the better firehouse locations in town. Whenever I'm in the neighborhood I always stop for a yummy sammich lol. One of the employees, Anna is awesome! She cracks me up and makes me feel welcomed. Food on point, customer service on point, cleanliness on point!

The sandwiches we got were good but the staff was AMAZING! Super friendly and high energy! It was all laughs and jokes from when we walked in to when we walked out.

What a pleasant couple of hours in a clean and comfortable space with Wi-Fi and hospitable staff. Though young, Elizabeth and Jaheim were awesome. The potato soup recommended was perfect and yes order the bowl. You shan`t regret it! The sub was delicious. You may want to request the sauce on the side. I give it 2 thumbs up and kudos to the owners for such pleasant staff. Ô and also for the spicy brown mustard and the T-Mobile trial. Had never been to a Firehouse Sub and did not know we had one. The best thing? The temperature was perfect. You did not try to freeze me away and I worked happily there. Thanks guys! See you soon! I noted several pickups for delivery....

I'm surprised after reading other reviews about this store. I on the other hand have nothing
but good things to say. Great customer service and my Italian sub was delicious. Definitely better than Publix, Wawa, and Jimmy John's!
