International Cafe

I come here for lunch all the time but this time I had to write a review because the food was THAT good! I ordered the tastiest beef, beans, and rice burrito and took home some rotisserie chicken, both from their lunch special. The meat fell off the bone and melted in my mouth. Compliments to the chef Eddy and to Julie for great customer service. 🤌🏽

This is my first time visiting and I chose this place as I am in downtown for the court house. The woman seems to be working by herself and it wasn't very busy at all. I got the Cuban and it came out fairly quickly for it only being herself. She's very attentive and did her best with us all. The portion is very huge for the price (I could barely finish my sandwich) although I'm not sure if you get a side of chips with it or not, not that it was necessary to have. A big issue I've always had qith pressed Cubans is the tomatoes and lettuce is left on it when it is pressed making what is supposed to be cold and crisp, always gross and soggy. Luckily, they put all the cold ingredients (lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mayo, and mustard) on AFTER the sandwich is pressed and it makes it taste sooo much better. Hopefully if I ever come back here, I am able to have a similar experience again.

I’ve ordered breakfast and coffee from here a few times via Grubhub, there’s always a coupon, the food is always hot and delicious. They pay careful attention to your comments and are super accommodating. My favorite things to order are the bacon breakfast sandwich on Cuban bread and the Cafe Mocha, I get my Mocha large, made with almond milk, an extra shot, and extra mocha sauce and it is absolutely divine. Highly recommend this place!

This is one of the best place for breakfast and lunch in Tampa downtown. I have been a regular customer for quite a few years, the food and service is never disappointing. It's a ritual that I follow almost everyday in the morning, international cafe breakfast and house coffee around 9:30am, without this my day is incomplete :) Price is very affordable for the portion you get. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

As a regular customer, one of the best lunch spots around close to the courthouse. The staff is personable and treats you like family. The prices have increased a little but still on par with everywhere else in the downtown area...if not cheaper. If there are any food discrepancies, let them know and they will make it right immediately, they put their quality and customers first.

Some of the best Cuban sandwiches in the area. I especially like my custom "James" sandwich, ask for it... The new owner always has something nice to say, a smile to share and or a witty remark. She allows me to customizes my meals to make me happy, and when they mess up my order it's OK. :) Why? ... Just have to eat and get to know them to understand..

Cozy place. Good size portions for price. Friendly and fast customer service. I went for first time on Friday with Co worker. Will def be back. Had a mom n pop Spanish feel to it. Love all the diff coffee choices too which were not outrageously priced for the location in downtown Tampa. I've walked by the side a million times and thought how delicious it smelled but figured the prices would be way to expensive for breakfast food. I was wrong. Glad my co worker talked me into checking it out!

This was my second time having breakfast at this restaurant and I really enjoy coming here. It has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of items to choose from the large menu. The food is delicious and the portions are large for a very reasonable price. I will definitely come here again and I would reccomend this place to everyone out there.
