Mcdonald's

I literally just ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich add pickle. After being given a regular crispy chicken sandwich they had to make it right and get me a deluxe. I just got home with my sandwich and it is a regular crispy chicken sandwich not a deluxe. I will be going down tomorrow to have this fixed. If all goes well I’ll change this review.

1:32 am on a Monday morning, I traveled back to Tampa and wanted a 6piece kids meal. And I got a box of melted, greasy cheese with green things in it, and soggy fries. Definitely not nuggets. This is disgusting. I lost my appetite after opening it up. I also got a smoothie with it and the smoothie was half way filled. When I asked for sauce, The woman at the window gave attitude. I went back to fix my order and the manager on duty the next day, gave attitude but fixed the order. Not a friendly establishment, very dirty, very careless. Never eating at this location again.

Yes a five star review on the cups itself .. as I was turning out of the McDonald's I didn't realize one of the cups had something underneath of it in the cup holder . So as I turned out my cup fell on the floor under my feet as I was driving .. I already knew my cup busted open and I was gonna have to turn around and go buy another one .. when I went back I looked down to pick the cup up and low and behold .. my drink is still intact lol not a drop spilled out .. so impressed and it made my night enough for me to have to come write a review 😂

Went through the drive thru, the guy who took my order has no enthusiasm in his voice he sounded bored. He took my order and I asked for my receipt after paying and a lady told I would get it at the pick up window ok cool. I received my sweet tea which was horrible! asked for my receipt again and the guy was like she didn't give to you at the other window? I said no and he's like oh.. needless to say they replaced my tea with another bad Verizon of the first one, I didn't receive my extra pickles I ordered and never got my receipt.

My Daughter's first birthday was on Saturday and the next day(yesterday) we decided to get her first Happy Meal. We don't eat out often and it was a treat for her. We grabed the stuff and I thought everything was in the bag. And I should have realized when I didn't see the actual Happy Meal box. All the stuff was there, but deconstructed. No happy meal box, no toy, and the wrong amount of nuggets. I was sad because she didn't get to have the full experience. And since we don't eat out often it'll be awhile till we can try to get another one. Just overall disappointed 😞

The management at this location is terrible! Every time I go through the drive thru I have to wait 15 mins or more for a orange juice or one sandwich meal at that. I feel like they just forget about you waiting . On top of that they allow rift raft creepy men hang out right outside the drive thru window and area where you have to wait for your food. Not good management in my opinion!

Almost everytime I come here they mess up my orders, 2 stars for workers always friendly. 1 star for my big Mac asked for no onions seems I got extra, asked for made fresh patty been sitting not drop of steam or heat. Smfh...I'm stop coming here it's just the closest when I want McDonald's every 2 or 3 months. Bleh
