Kfc

I've often eat here and It has always been the freshest and fastest and only KFC I trust. Well the crew that I generally see was not there so I guess quality went out the door! My potpie was not fresh and was sunken in and barely any sauce in my pot pie. My biscuit was not hot and fresh ...I was not given a receipt or napkins?! I have been calling continually and it stays ringing busy! I will continue to try to call waste of my money! The phone is off the hook..I'm calling corporate. update! Went by the store and receive free pot pie..lol anyways I go by there almost once a week. I am updating stars

Great staff the guy who took order was very pleasant, clean restrooms. Only complaint is not affiliated with employees, its corporate cutting back on portions at every location. Example: famous bowl used to be packed tight and fill me up, but since COVID-19, I have to purchase 2 biscuits to even get close to full . But these employees are doing awesome whith what they are provided to work with.

Its Friday. Left work late decided to go to KFC. My order was wrong and didn't realize it until I got home. 12 piece meal, half original and 1/2 crispy. I was a bit upset so I called. I spoke with Mike, the manager. He told me that there were only 2 people working, couldn't get anyone else to work. I found to have all original. I felt bad for the 2 that were trying to make it all happen. What a load for 2 people. I spoke with Mike and made another trip back up there. I never do this! I have to say that I have the utmost respect for him and the young woman he was working with. They both should be commended for their loyalty and dedication! Mike went above and beyond to make the error right ✅! Thank you Mike and your beautiful employee! Yes, I'll be back! Suzette Location is at n. Florida and Waters
