Steak 'n Shake

I really like steak and shake their Patties are really thin because they are smashed but they’re still good. I usually get the double steakburger with cheese and the frisco melt is also really good. Steak and shake is also fairly cheap and they have a lot of good deals, my friend and I got a free milkshake for filling out a survey and the lady at the window was very nice about it. I like their Kit Kat shake too. The only downside I would say about Steak ‘n Shake is sometimes it takes really long to get your food especially in the drive through

Wow! My first time at a steak 'n shake! I got real glass dishes for my shake and a gigantic plate of french fries combined with smiles and thank yous ... The staff was awesome The food is incredible and I'm having fun at a fast food place I'm like amazed! They gave me happy hour rate and I got two large shakes and a fry for $8.69! I've been trying to get away from fast food but this one is on my list to head to when I'm hungry! 🎉

With their best years behind them, this chain is struggling in urban areas. 2 reasons are the decline in quality that began around 15 years ago and the changing food climate. Most chains are feeling the pinch. Breakfast and Shakes are still pretty good. I always thought the servers were nice and hard working although I have not been in a while. The burgers, while not as good as they use to be, are still a good deal. I got 2 doubles, a single, fries and a drink for less than $20. A good place for kids.

Great food and service. Since Steak and Shake has gone to computer ordering and pick up counter service most locations have been okay at best. This location was great. There was a bit of a wait for the chili and we weren't in a hurry. The manager or shift lead was very pleasant making sure we were okay with the wait. She even offered extras for the wait. We didn't really need the extras and just hung out till our food was ready. It was hot and delicious, well made. When we looked an extra chili had been included. It was a small wait not even really an inconvenience so we will go a bit out of the way to frequent this location!

No longer do you have to wait for a waitress to refill your glass there are no waitresses! Kiosk operated ordering system seems to work fairly well. The food we ordered came out the way we ordered it. My only issue was the bun on my garlic burger was cold. Other than that it was the same old steak 'n shake that we have grown to know and love. 3rd visit Hardly anyone in the place. The staff all seemed clueless. Lots of mistakes on our order. All were corrected but some things were just not right. The place seems like it lacked a manager.

This Steak 'n Shake re-opend after a fire and I was hoping it would. I've always liked this one. They got rid of the servers and now it's a futuristic kiosk only ordering system. I guess this is a sign of the time when businesses can't afford employees. I don't like that aspect but the food remains the same. Great food at affordable prices. I'll still go back because of the memories.
