New Leaf Elementals

This was second time going to New Leaf Cafe and it did not disappoint. So sad that today was their last day of being open. However I will be visiting their new location that is combined with Voodu Vegan Bistro that will be across from Bush Gardens really soon. Thank You for the Wonderful Vegan experience.

I went here to pick up a Wish order and decided to get a coffee and a donut to take with me. The coffee was good, filled to the brim but the DONUT, omg soooooo good tasted fresh baked so soft and delicious. I order a maple frosted but there were other varieties. I love to support small businesses and this one deserves it.

So close to my house, and it took me like 8 years to find this place and visit. First off, it has a nice atmosphere to it. I was ordering take out, so I did not actually sit in the restaurant. They have a nice waiting area where you can wait for your food. Staff was very friendly. I ordered an impossible burger and some sweet potato fries. Excellent meal. Price is just about right. I would like to come back and try some other menu items. This is a vegan place, so no real meat on the menu as far as I could tell. No meat required if all the food is as good as the burger I ate .

While the service was a tad slow the food more than makes it worth it. I am by no means a Vegan. I am a meat eater through and through, but....the impossible burger here? I LOVED it. From the vegan bun to the fake bacon and vegan cheese. This was hands down one of the best burgers I have EVER eaten. The mac and cheese? Delicious..side winder fries yuuumm. I even enjoyed my butterscotch beer soda. I will DEFINITELY be eating here again.

The Ballantine was soooo yummy. If it was physically possible to make love to a sandwich, this would be the one. I never knew how badly I needed mojo marinated soy curls in my life. I could eat this sandwich everyday for the rest of eternity. The blood orange coconut refresher was also super delish. Definitely will be back, like tomorrow.
