Papa Johns Pizza

My roommate and I are regulars at this store. We’ve ordered countless pizzas from here. I’m writing this review because I placed an online order with the wrong toppings by mistake. The manager went above and beyond in remaking my pizza. It was an honest mistake and he made sure to me that it was no problem. He is very nice and friendly and made the pizza in 6 minutes. The store was also very clean too.

Update--- 14 hours after posting this I recived a call from the store manager in regard to my experience. His name was Ishmael and he was a very pleasant person to speak to. Im glad to know that my issue was being reviewed and that he took the time to reach out to me. Its good to be valued as a customer and im willing to continue being a customer at this location after this phome call. I appreciate it very much. So I decided to order pizza last night for me and my family. I placed the order for 3 pizzas at 5:31pm tracking it along the way it gets done according to the app an hour later Wait another 30 mins for delivery.... No one shows up it said 2 mins away then nothing. So i call and say i ordered my pizza an hour an a half ago. I get put on hold then told well that should have been out for delivery. I say okay agreeing at this point yeah it should be after beeing put on hold i get told the driver showed up to an abandonedd house. my number was old which i didnt realize. After giving Assuming the manager my number im then told the driver will call me so we can try to figure this out. No one calls so after it hitting the 2 hour mark since placing my order i decided to call and say just cancel my order. At this point the driver shows up stops out front yelling on the phone with the person i had been speaking to something along the line of "if they were at their freaking house they would have had their pizza". So i let the person im speaking to know how completely unprofessional that was for them to be screaming like that when i was in fact home on my couch with a sick toddler waiting for the pizza i order for my family. The only apology i got was once i said id be calling corporate. Im so completely let down and mad over this situation i hope at least corporate will make this right.

Christopher assisted me with our online order. It would not let allow pay by credit card "this location is not currently taking credit card payments, please use other payment method". I was able to still use my coupon code and Christopher used great customer service. Christopher assured that he would look into why there was an error online. I received my order in exactly 30 minutes as I was promised. We will be using this location going forward instead of Hungry Howie's around the corner who cancelled our order without informing us because they were too busy placing another order. Thank you!!
