Tabla Fine Indian Cuisine

I’ve been to about 5 or 6 Indian restaurants in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area. This is by far the most authentic and best tasting Indian food in the area. Indian food is probably my favor cuisine so I know what it should taste like. They use the right spices and are able to balance them in harmony. I had the Goat Biryani you could taste the cardamo, allspice, cumin, ginger, with a hint of cinnamon and other aromatics. The rice was fluffy and cooked to perfection with tender succulent pieces of goat that fell of the bone. In addition they had a good goat to rice ratio. I also tried the chili naan and it was also delicious. It came with a good portion of raita which was delicious but on the thinner consistency for my liking.

Service is always attentive and with a smile. A little slow if it gets busy though, I've only ever seen two people including the manager on the floor. They rate the spiciness on a 1-10 scale, 8 wasn't unbearable but it does catch up so be careful. We got in around 7pm and were the only table, they started getting busier as we were leaving. Not an expert in Indian cuisine but it's flavorful, consistent and always filling.

It is a really nice Indian restaurant. Ambiance is excellent. It remind me of India in terms of food . The correct balance of the spice level allowed us to enjoy all the dishes. All items have been surprisingly been excellent . We went multiple times and every time, we felt the same way. Owners are very accommodating also to allergies and preference. You will not regret it if you are in the search of authentic indian taste
