True island flavor, cooked with a passion! Wow! No longer Rollins! Now Karib Restaurant! Jerk chicken wings were unbelievable. Deep seasoning, with an array of spices that will bounce you all over the Caribbean with every bite. The Mac and cheese is stellar! Best I've ever had! Give this place a try.

Nice atmosphere, greeted as soon as I walked in. Fast and friendly service. I had the curried shrimp meal and it was very good. Will come back for more. 5 Stars!

Just had the best food ever! Jerk chicken was the only item available on the menu with the recent storm, but had a great experience and look forward to coming back and trying everything else o the menu!
