EDIT: After this unfortunate experience, the owner Almy was very kind and open to receiving feedback. I was heard without issue or hostility and the issue was quickly corrected. Excellent customer service! Delivery was an hour late (Ordered around 10pm, arrived at 11:30pm) and by that time I was starving. The cheesy breadstick wasn't toasted/no minced garlic but still good. The caramel brownie was super sweet, could be good in small bites with milk but good lord the PASTA was the biggest letdown of all. Unsalted, very overcooked pasta, shrimp were cooked well although not cleaned. (Black intestinal line made them gritty) and THE SAUCE omg. No wine used, very watered down butterish sauce. When the food arrived to me, I had opened it up expecting something I could dip my garlic bread in but what I got was what looked like plain pasta at the top and extra soggy expanded mono lump noodles at the bottom. Goodness gracious this foodie just about had a heart attack. Sadly my first and last time ordering here. :(

I’ve been ordering from this place for years…I don’t know how they have bad reviews but my experience has never been short of perfect. The food (the pasta is soooo good!!) is always delicious and cooked to temperature and packaged with care. The times I’ve gone inside to pickup the staff is friendly, and I’ve met the owner before and she was very kind. This is my go-to on Uber eats and I’ll continue to support them

Must Try!!! I found this amazing little place by accident. First off, you should know that this wonderful place only does take out. Second, when you walk in you feel this inviting warmth as if you were in the house of an Italian grandmother. Third, the owner is outgoing and friendly and is very passionate about her food and restaurant, as well as those who come in to pick their order up. I really love how the menu is. Pick you pasta, pick your protein and pick your sauce. And of course other items such as salad and desserts. I chose tortellini with arrabbiata sauce. If you love a spicy dish…I dare you! It was perfect and of course delicious. I also had the cannoli dessert, this is my #1 favorite dessert above all others and she got this 100% perfect…the way I remembered having it when I lived in Italy as a kid. I will most definitely want to return to try other dishes.

I was completely taken back by visiting here. The owner Almi really created an amazing experience. Hands on, helpful, kind and super friendly. DR offers a unique product in authentic, custom takeout cuisine. You are free to to truly express yourself through the flavors and culture of Italy. So many sauces, toppings, noodles, flavors. The food being delicious is just a plus at this point. I truly enjoyed the conversation we all shared & how she made us feel while we were in there. You can tell she cares, that they care. Which then translates to the food. If you're in the Tampa Bay Area, you NEED to trust DR with your dinner plans. Available on mobile food apps as well.
