Sgyros makes my favorite gyros. They are accommodating with my dietary restrictions and I always tase the love and care they put into my gyros. I order them on UberEats for most of my long work shifts and the gyros always come fresh and put me in a better mood. Thank you sgyros🙏🔥

I don't understand the negative reviews and comments herein. If you're looking for a Michelin star restaurant, don't go here. However this little place is great for what it offers- large selection of food, late hours, friendly staff, and reasonable prices.

Good menu, friendly service and still the BEST Gyros in town. I just had the chicken tenders, fried mushrooms and fries, always good food! Sad to hear that this location is closing after so many DECADES. I will definitely be patronizing the alternate location at 2618 West Kennedy.

Everything that I have tried has been great: Philly Cheese, Burgers, Fried Chicken, Fries, Platters, Chicken Tenders.
Drawback: Stopped selling hotdogs (they were expensive but good) and stopped selling turkey press sandwich: they were good

Only advice is to ask to regulate the salt when cooking! They are most generous. And they run specials regularly. Gyro lamb to go please!
I gave a 3 for atmosphere. It is inconsistent. Cultural differences are OK but employees should be able to smile and make all feel welcome. They might notice better results!!!! However I don't go there for love I go there for the unusually good fast options!

This is the spot. Late night craving? Munchies? Tired our your lousy diet? Want to let loose? This isn’t your vegan, organic, fair trade hipster restaurant out of architectural digest. This is a gritty, neighborhood gem with amazing food that just hits the spot. I love the Philly steak (get it ALL the way) , curly fries and buffalo sauce!!

One of the best places in town, a hidden gem! Food here is excellent! It’s fresh and delicious! Mostly take out but the staff is extremely friendly! Been eating from here for a while now and it just keeps getting better. Plus it’s halal!
