New York Buffet

The building is a little run-down, the air conditioning could be set a few degrees cooler , and the bathrooms could be cleaner, but overall not a bad place for a decent priced lunch. All types of seafood, Oriental dishes, and even sushi! Plus big tubs of four different flavors of scoop your own ice cream for dessert . All for $8.99 a head. What's not to like.

Food wasnt bad for the price. I like that they had pizza and french fries for the kids. Nice quiet place. I will come back again. *****update****** I went there to eat the other day. The sushi was delicious and there was so much variety. Total price for 2 buffets and 2 drinks was only $29. I will definitely go back again!

Very N.Y. Chinese food style. I really love their buffet choices and have been coming for years. Careful with the fried stuff like shrimp and chicken, can often be over fried and tough sometimes. Staples like beef and broccoli, general tso chicken etc are on point with my local N.Y. Chinese delivery. When my parents first moved to Tampa it was the biggest thing they missed. This spot fills the void. Staff is genial but not overly friendly which didn't bother me. They are quick on drink refills and clearing the plates. Accepts cash and credit card. Also does to go plates! I've seen many come in during lunch to grab a box.

Me and my friends have been coming here consistently for the last two years. The buffet prices are so affordable for what you get. The food is always up to par and they go above and beyond in their customer service and serving. We always have a great time and experience here. We will continue to come back for the next years to come as well.

We go there a lot. It's a lot of food for cheap and the sushi is pretty decent. They have highs and lows, but for the most part we have never had a really bad meal. Service is pretty good for the most part, some of the waiters/waitresses may not speak english very well and some has so-so social skills. 99.9% time we have a good experience.
