The girls working at the drive-thru were so sweet, I’ve been having a rough week and them being so kind to me this morning was touching. This location isn’t close to my house but I’m gonna keep coming back because the vibes were great 💕
My coffee was perfect, snackin bacon was fire, and my bagel minis were perfectly warm; I’ve had issues at other locations getting bagel minis that weren’t heated; so thank you to this Dunkin 🤍

This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts in Tampa. They handled my mobile orders perfectly, but ordering at the drive-thru window is smooth and stress free! Special shout out to the early Sunday morning team! You guys are great. Thank you!

This store is amazing I had the best customer service experience in the Drive-Thru from a girl named Alyssa she was so sweet she was quick with my order also my coffee was delicious I would definitely recommend going to this location because I will be coming to this location every single day. Amazing

I really needed a coffee today since I have a newborn baby and a toddler at home. I had a big order so I was worried they would get annoyed with me but when I got to the window I was greeted by Alyssa who was so sweet and patient. She said she was new at the job and we talked a little while I waited for my food. She was so sweet and I’ve never had someone at a drive thru line talk to me so friendly! The girl who was working with Alyssa was also just as kind and asked Me if I liked my coffee! This is the best Dunkin in Tampa by far. I couldn’t be happier.

The lady who takes the orders in the morning is a rock star. She is about her business and ain’t there to waste time. Quick and efficient work ethic!! I never have to wait long for my order.

Absolutely love this location. I drive past another location and go out of my way to come here. I believe her name is holly V according to my receipt and she is always so nice and polite. If they are out of something she will try to find you something else and make you happy. The staff at this location deserves recognition.

Natasha & her Trainees were having a problem with their online access. I had a FREE BEVERAGE PERK, needed to load my card & was wayyy overdue for a Latte!
These girls, while OFFLINE, were able to somehow service me into a 5 star rating. I hope the Owner of this Dunkin knows how lucky he is to have a great CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED manager. Natasha is training the right way! Finally, someone who "gets it"
