Firstly, this dealership is one of the most accommodating that I’ve experienced. It was cozy and had a great smell. Aside from the atmosphere, working with Eman was a true delight! She was hands down the best sales rep I have ever encountered. She made my mother and I feel safe and taken care of from the start to finish. She is kind, understanding, and just super relatable. We shared laughs during down time while still remaining focused on getting exactly what we wanted at a price that worked for us. Thank you again, Eman and the rest of the team at Westshore Honda!

Huge thank you to Mahmoud the sales professional who went above and beyond to make sure I left the dealer happy and exactly with what I wanted! He was knowledgeable, informative, and personable. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and provided the best customer experience I’ve ever experienced! I would also like to thank Sammy the sales leader who also made sure I left without any concerns and Zain the financial service leader who explained in detail the financing side of the deal as well as all the benefits I get with the warranties. I am beyond impressed with the service and grateful for this team who made it happen for me!

I went in today and met Gigi who assisted me with looking at multiple vehicles. She was so patient and very kind and helped us find the vehicle that was perfect for us. She was very professional. She helped us very much through the process of purchasing the vehicle so that we got a wonderful price that made us very happy, if you come to Westshore Honda and if you’re looking for someone that can really help you through the entire process, I highly recommend Gigi. Google will allow you to give up to five stars for the review. However, if I could, I would give her six stars, she is wonderful!

I would have given this place a billion stars if I could! From the time I stepped out of my car until the time I got back into my car to leave these people were amazing!! Their kindness and the way they treat people is just over and beyond anything you could ever expect from an Auto Sales Car Lot! BERNARD!! Isaac, Zach, Sammy were absolutely amazing!! I had a great experience at Westshore Honda. I was in contact with a couple dealerships, but my sales person Steven N was a big reason I chose to purchase at Westshore Honda. He took me for a test drive and was very informative, patient, and personable. I am a night shift nurse, and Steven was the ONLY sales person I was in contact with who respected my schedule/communication preferences, and gave me all the information I asked for thru concise email/texts. I felt comfortable going back, and left that time the new owner of a 2024 Civic hatchback Sport Touring ! I had one of the most amazing car buying experiences and that was only because Benny was our sales associate. Benny was able to create such an outstanding car buying experience for me and I left Westshore Honda with not only the car of my dreams but with a huge smile on my face. Benny went above and beyond. He listened to me specify exactly what I was looking for and didn’t make me feel pressured into something else. Just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, I had mentioned to him I wanted to look at another car that was at the dealership next store before making a decision on my purchase. Benny was able to get the car brought over to me so I could test drive it right then and there; talk about absolutely amazing customer service! After selecting the car I wanted to purchase Zach my financial associate was able to quickly and painlessly help with breaking down the purchase. Eaman was my salesperson! She was wonderful! She answered when I called inquiring about turning in my loan early. She is super knowledgeable, high energy and helpful. Thankful she was my salesperson for my 2021 Honda Pilot! Frankie was very knowledgeable and helpful with completing the signatures and add additional warranty’s on my vehicle. Just purchased a car from here for the 1st time ever. Eduardo Rodriguez, "E Rod" was an outstanding salesman. We arrived to look at a Toyota Corolla which went wrong. We were also interested in Honda Civics, but didn't reveal that. However due to E Rod, he turned around our experience without even letting him know our specifics. I've bought vehicles before from dealerships & E Rod was over the top compared to the rest. Shout out to Zach Walters, in finance. He got us even a better rate & monthly payment less than we requested. During financing Zach made me feel comfortable during the entire experience, he never used any pressure tactics. I will definitely use this dealership again and I highly recommend Westshore Honda.
