Jersey Mike's Subs

I came in to get a sandwich and the fab rootbeer. I had a wild day and was super tired when I got there. Your man, Terry, not only greated me with warmth and sincerity, but eye contact and active listening skills. He asked me about my day, rather than just taking my sandwich order and moving me along and then stopped to listen and that’s just so rare, for a person to be so present and engaged. Now I’m coming back to say hey to Terry, and give him my number so I can poach him to come work with me. 10/10

Let me tell you Jersey Mike's is some kind of special one of my favorite sandwiches there is the Philly and you can get that Philly fixed any kind of way you want with jalapenos extra cheese whatever you want that's a real good fresh sandwich guaranteed to satisfy I haven't really tried most of the other sandwiches there but I'm pretty sure they're just as good too I actually plan on trying other sandwiches but when I go in there and I get that feeling I see that Philly I got to have it

I've never gotten any item that wasn't exactly right from this location. The delivery service grub hub needs to be dropped however before they ruin the restaurants reputation. I will continue going to this fine place but I will never again use grub hub. My order placed fine and left the restaurant in minutes. I am about three blocks away. I put in instructions to knock and step away because I am in quarantine. The tracker came up delivered I looked out and nothing. The driver wouldn't answer calls or texts from either me or the grub hub customer service. Their answer was sorry we'll refund your money in 3-5 days! So I was stuck here sick with low money so I now can't order something else. I'm diabetic and already ate my last glucose tablet because of low blood sugar. Thanks to grub hub my dinner was peanut butter by spoon. If grub hub screws you over don't blame the restaurant . That's the second and last time the grub hub ruined my dinner. The driver went on the wrong street, wrong address number and in daylight! No excuse and totally unwilling to correct the problem.

Jersey Mike's has really quality sandwiches for a chain, but I can't testify for the meat because I'm vegetarian. Maybe because of that, I always get a giant sub because I need the full 16 inches to get a nice full meal. Or maybe I just like the subs a little too much! Okay?? It's not a problem I swear! Get the wheat bread, it's just as tasty here and has more fiber.
