Pulled up and attendant was sitting outside the restaurant, despite people being inside. When I got out she went inside, and took my order. Gave me extra small scoops of ice cream, and then charged me the most expensive upcharge for something I didn't even order. Went to get napkins and I see a big puddle of water from a heavy peak from the ceiling. Overall dirty place with rude and dishonest worker, some black girl.

Why oh why did I not look at the two photos that are posted BEFORE I ordered a $24 ice cream cake from this location?? The photos say it ALL! This place is filthy, inside and out. Bathrooms are disgusting - no paper ANYWHERE! Customer service was so slow. I ordered and paid online. It took 10 minutes to find my (CLEARLY marked with my name) cake. They seemed clueless that they even sold ice cream cakes. The first cashier had to go find someone to ask dets. Blah! Blah! Blah! How does this place stsay open? How does the health dept. not close it down? I can see violations FROM the front counter! Get with it B/R. We won't be back!

Horrible staff. They got an attitude serving us. I asked if they had pralines n cream ice cream and the lady just rolled over her eyes and aked me if i see it in there. I said no but that they had a icecream with a wrong label and she just replied "no". Horrible horrible experience. They couldnt even get the sandwich order from donkin donuts right. We order the 2 for 5 croisant and they gave us bagels. I definetly dont recomend this location.

Very upset with my recent order. I ordered their Candy Craze cake online (which is supposed to have Hershey kisses and chocolate drizzles), and a pack of candles. When I picked up my cake it was completely different from the description of the cake I had ordered; it had M&M's and sprinkles. I was never contacted or informed that the cake would have completely different candy than what I had ordered. The cake was lopsided, and the message I had asked to be written on it was messy and horribly off-center. Finally, they forgot to give me my candles, even though I had pre-paid for them (granted I should have remembered to ask for them, but they too have some responsibility to have my completed order together and ready to go). Overall a very poor experience, and I don't think I'll be ordering cakes from them again.
