Christopher’s At The Peel Aldergate

We have recently tried the Sunday carry-away from Christopher Tamworth, and they are an absolute delight! The food is worth every penny, and the taste was amazing. The gravy was so good that you could practically drink it straight from the pot. And I can’t forget to mention that their sticky toffee pudding is the best I’ve ever had. The quality and flavours exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend giving their Sunday dinners and puddings a try; you won’t be disappointed!

We had a carry away Sunday lunch from Christopher’s yesterday and I have to say it was the best carry away lunch we have ever had ! I’d even go to say it’s one of the nicest Sunday lunches I have had full stop. Not many places have carried on the take away service since covid. But, for us having nice meals to be able to eat at home is really important. This is due to the fact my mom has been diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and as she is undergoing treatment she can’t be out in public places due to infection. Having this restaurant standard meal yesterday makes things feel more normal and seeing my mom enjoy herself and her food meant so much to me. We will certainly be back. Thankyou 😊

Just had what was probably one of the best Sausage 'n' Egg baps I've had in a long time. You know it's excellent when it doesn't require any ketchup. Anyway, my first visit here (Breakfast networking meeting) and the venue is delightful as is the service. Now I'm aware of its existence, I'll definitely be returning to try out some of their other fare. 👍
