Wow, what a great experience we had visiting Nourished. The team there were so friendly and inviting, and nothing was problem despite being busy. Food was top notch with enough of a range to cater to everyone's needs. Eatery had a real clean, relaxed, and airy feel to the place. Would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to our next visit.

🌱 Makes my heart sing! Vegan Heaven with focus on Health and Sustainability (mug library - reusable straws - no overbakin) I have been waiting so long to finally visit this place! I found it on Instagram when I first went vegan but couldn’t go because I’m based in Auckland. So many delicious and healthy vegan options! And the staff is very friendly and kind. Love the vibe of this place - just positive energy and love. One of my favorites is the frame wall - supporting other small artists - just love it.

Some of the staff were very friendly, while others were not at all. However, this doesn't detract from the fact that the coffee is great and the food is as well. The vegan options are particularly tasty. The menu is quite short, but this is understandable due to the lack of staff, which is affecting many hospitality businesses. One thing that could be improved is that the tables should be sprayed and wiped down after each customer to prevent them from becoming sticky and dirty.

So good I could cry. I genuinely feared I was being served something glutenous, it's so good and convincing. Sandwiches and donuts, what more could a celiac sufferer ask for? Delicious options, delightful coffee even for those of us who don't much care for coffee, good pricing, phenomenally helpful and friendly staff.

This is the best food in Tauranga period. All Vegan and such a cool space. It's painted with nice fun color and there are sometimes little birds that visit you at your table! The staff are also amazing, and extremely friendly. It is more of a daytime breakfast/lunch cafe menu. They also have the best Oat milk flat white in town. I can't rate them highly enough. Superior job they are doing for the customers, and the Vegan community in general.
