First-rate customer service. The big breakfast shared between two was served on separate plates and a second pot of tea with meal. Excellent customer service.

Best fries in the Bay, coffee and tea always fresh and hot. Mushrooms on toast are worth going back for and the staff are awesome.

Plenty of parking, signage very clear, spotlessly clean & the food was absolutely scrumptious! Very polite & friendly staff. Plenty of room between tables, which was great for us as My Elderly Mother has a walker. We're definitely going back there 💯

Eat here regularly, nearly always have the omelette, today's was probably the best one yet despite being very busy. Staff working like a well oiled machine. Good on them!

If I go to Tauranga Crossing I will either buy my coffee here before heading in, out or personally stop. I get a small double shot flat white, no sugar. Yet to be disappointed. The ladies behind the counter are all awesome. With a mask on they have still recognised me and done my order just the way I like it or realised and asked. For me great service and great coffee.
