Nando's

Delicious food, and great customer service. Haven't had Nandos in so long before yesterday, forgot how truly amazing it is! The chicken is cooked perfectly, and the nandos seasoning and sauce really adds to the flavour. It is absolutely mouth watering! The chips as well are delicious, golden and crunchy, with the amazing nandos seasoning salt on them, absolutely incredible!

Nice experience, welcoming and friendly staff, large space to sit outside and moderate space to sit inside, cozy for a windy weather to sit inside, the area around sink is a bit unmanaged and there is a sitting place right next to it, which would result in an unpleasant experience, may be its good to tidy up or re-arrange sitting n clean a bit more in that corner, Hygiene needs to improve indoors, heaps of drosophila flies in the corners, floor is quite dirty and greasy, does not look like it gets cleaned daily, The location is a bit tricky to find if it is your first time to visit, the GPS will guide u to go towards the train station side but there will be no Nando’s on that side, It is on the back side of that road, Hint; look for Big W or Gloria Jeans and coffee and u will see it then, Plenty of parking space outside and easy access, A pleasant experience overall, taste is standard so enjoy the meals and have fun..;-)

No fault of the store - but had an experience with a terrible uber driver delivery, which needs to be addressed. His name was "LO" and he picked up food from this nandos at about 5pm on Tuesday 19/04/2022. Nothing was ever delivered, even though I received a notification saying that it was. His car actually came nowhere near my house. Disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

Well located. Customer Service needs a 159% overhaul, as Staff seem more preocupied in chit chat rather than attending to custoners whom were waiting to order or be served, as orders where not taken to table. Furthermore, some of the dine in orders were in take out packages and placed on the shelf, without even calling out the name of person who placed the order. The 1 Star is well deserved, until they get their Act together, as it is quite clear from other reviews, that customer service is well bellow unsatisfactory.

It took 52min wait to serve .We had children. After that cold chips came when a plate of mixed flavor of herb and mild chicken The ch could not eat as all chicken got spicy flavour.The share plate came with only two fork and knives when we had five people.Then my son had to wait in line for another 7 min for servettes and cutleries. It was not busy.The staff had a stern face. Pathetic service!
