Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Staffs were great. Our server was very nice and the girl upfront who helped us get a table was also very nice. On a busy saturday night, they still managed to serve us efficiently. The only thing was i asked for a medium cooked burger but got a welldone instead . still a good burger. We might have better luck on a not so busy night. But i want to thank our server and the girl at the entrance.

Due to food allergies, I often have to choose between tasty food and safe food when I go out. I love coming here because it's one of my few places where they excel at both 🥰 apart from the fantastic food, Alexis and Roman were absolutely on top of everything! Couldn't have asked for a better night out ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was busy, but we were seated within 10 minutes. It took a little time for service and when we asked a waitress if we could give our order she said she'd be back after she went to the bathroom. I was worried things were spiraling until our waiter arrived. He was high spirited (it was alarming after our frustration) BUT... he redeemed the company and served well. The food was delicious and we will go back.

The service really has gone bad, 20+ minutes just waiting to get a refill on our drinks. Another 10 after that just to get another round of the bottomless fries. Never paid any attention to our table and after all the machines were closed, (we arrived 40 minutes to an hour before closing) to ask us if we wanted a refill just to be told what we had is no longer available. Just don't go here, a better place is right down the street at a place called Lazy Dogs. Its pretty much the same, but way better service.

The WOW factor they talk so much about.. was awesome... NOT.... MOTHERS DAY We ordered our drinks and our kids food at the same time asked them to give us some time to look at the menu and let our kids food come out first. They gave us about 10 min we order our food and then another 15 min go by and our food came out but our kids never showed. I tried everything to get their attention, the waiter walked passed me 6 times. I raised my hand like I was in school again and STILL he looked right at me nodded and went to ANOTHER TABLE STILL.. at this point I had timed how long it was taking to get service 15 more min went by after our food came and STILL no Mac and cheese and a plain cheese burger... for KIDS.... A manager was walking out of the kitchen and saw me waiting to be called on and waived.. I gave him a stink eye and yelled im still waiting to be seen and he rushed over.. with in 2 min had my kids food out... he listened talked to the waiter.... who tried to justify him walking past me helping everyone except us. For 15 min... people who requested help AFTER I did.. I ignored him because I had nothing nice to say. How the F do you order your kids food right the f away and get their food LAST MAAAAAAAAAYBE... HAD I NOT SAID ANYTHING WOULD IT HAD COME?
