Im not Hard Core Vegan, but if you're like me, and struggle with Allergies, but yet Love Eating Some of your Favorite Foods, And Desserts. That Are Dairy Free, Gluten Free, No Peanuts, Egg Free, Non Shelfish Organic Roots Is The Spot. A Little Pricey, but its well worth it to indulge on your favorite foods and Desserts from time to time!!

Firstly note that this is an Organic Grocery store, so the shelve prices are higher then regular grocery stores. However, we go specifically to buy at several counters... the great quality of natural grass-fed meats at back butcher counter, the Gluten Free Bakery counter (fabulous deserts) and the Smoothie counter and the hot food/salad bar area. Once in a while we'll buy some dry bulk product, but not often. If you're choosing to eat healthy, this is the place to go...

Great place for natural foods and health products. This used to be our old stomping grounds but today we passed through Temecula to come here and get smoothies. They make excellent smoothies and juices. I would recommend that they soak the dates before blending to avoid chunks. But the chunks reminded me to chew my smoothie to not drink it too fast. I miss this place a lot!

If Sprouts and Whole Foods had a baby it would be Organic Roots! I really like this store because they have flavors you never see elsewhere! I can find Simple Mills cookies at other stores, but this place has flavors I didn't even know existed! Same with other brands. It is a bit more pricey, but quality food.

I live over an hour away and I’ve been shopping here for over 5 years. I come once a week and order anywhere $200-$800 every time. Today we came in and they’re was a sign having 20% off on meat on 05/10. I asked if it was possible to get the sale today because I have no way of coming back. The produce manager told me it would be up to the meat manager. The meat manager declined to apply the offer. The issue is the way they told me no like I was asking for a handout. Well with their rude demeanor I will no longer be making my hour trip to shop here. I will order online if I have to to be able to find the quality meat I get

Went to roots with my mom to get a smooth tummy smoothie and there were four employees in the background doing absolutely nothing. I waited patiently while two of the employees walked off even though they looked directly at me and the other employee was working the cash register and never acknowledged that I was waiting for such a long period of time. Once the other two employees came back from walking around the store they just stood there and looked at me while I waited for my drink for another 15 minutes until I got annoyed and said something. It’s a smoothie not hot food at least acknowledge that you see me. Absolutely the worst service.
