Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Disappointed barely covers my feelings regarding the chicken tenders I paid over $8 for. To be completely honest, I'm not even sure what I was served. Each piece was SUPER thin and covered in something resembling burnt Panko crumbs. I've never ordered the chicken tenders from Popeye's, but I have to believe that this CHICKEN restaurant can do better than this! I've seen videos of people literally fighting over their place in a drive-thru line to even order a chicken sandwich... I'm left wondering WHAT? the hype is all about. Do better Popeye's.

Been here four times total. Today was the fourth and yet again my order was missing something or was incorrect. Why can't you all confirm the order is correct before handing it over? I have been to many other stores and I do not experience this issue so it is safe to assume it's the personnel working at this location. Fix it!

The slowest Popeyes I’ve ever been to. We preordered online. They closed the indoor ordering and made us wait in a huge 20+ minute drive-through line to collect an order that was sitting around getting cold. When we got to the window to claim our order, they were out of all the sides we ordered. 1 out of 5 is being generous for this experience.

The WORST experience at a Popeyes ever...and it was not the first time that happened at this location. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and come back before reviewing them. It actually got worse than the first time! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this location (which is sad, because I was glad when they opened). When the drive-thru takes 35-40 minutes with only 4 cars in front of you, something is wrong/broken in the process. It needs to be fixed, badly, here. And it certainly isn't a lack of personnel, they were PLENTY of people standing around inside, especially for a store that doesn't even open the inside dining area.

Don't get me wrong, I love Popeyes. But this location appears to have terrible management. I went there and not only were they so understaffed that they could barely function, but their card reader was broken, and they were out of most of their food. The poor teenagers working there looked stressed and miserable.

I've gotten takeout here multiple times, and it gets messed up, but if you check your order they'll fix it... But now the dining room is never open. If you order delivery (twice now) they will 100% give you no dipping sauces, and forget an item you ordered. Last time was mac and cheese, this time a sandwich. Phone calls only go to an automated system which is no help, and texts to the driver are ignored. That leaves the drive-thru. A 45 minute line after which your order is messed up and a teenage kid is rude to you when you point it out. We love Popeye's food but when my family wants fried chicken we will only be eating at KFC from now on.
