I order through the app and used to get curbside pickup. They quit offering curbside service so I go through the drive through cuz I have mobility issues. This location is great they are always delivering great service.

Wasn't what I expected, but the chicken was great. Was expecting fried chicken but this was like a rotisserie chicken. I would definitely eat it again. Prices was very reasonable and service was fast and pleasant.

The food was flavorful and delicious You could taste the flame broil on the chicken and the freshness in the veggies the staff was very nice and the environment was clean and family welcoming since I did come with mines.this is a place I would suggest to go!!!

Always a delicious and filling meal, way healthier than a burger for a fast meal when you’re out. The side salad with cilantro dressing is refreshing. Lots of efficient staff, order was filled quickly, tables were constantly being cleaned. Busy lunch with good atmosphere.

This is the best location! My mom order the same thing but mine is no rice and hers is no beans. They get it right every time and always mark them to distinguish which is which. The employees are really sweet and we appreciate it!:)

This location does not get enough praise. The service is always on point. There's never any issues with my food. Even when getting delivery, I don't have any issues. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was a little push back when requesting more salsa. After the cook walked away, the cashier gave us even more than we asked for. But again, 9 out of 10 times, damn near close to perfect.

One of the best locations in all of the West Coast I really enjoy eating at El Pollo Loco. This particular location takes pride in making sure the food is cooked correctly with the flavor being just right.

They have a really useful app for ordering , with deals and coupons as well as the options to customize and schedule orders ahead of time.
The food is fair price and great deal even when compared with fast food
The chicken is fresh and high quality, the workers are friendly and helpful.
This location wasn't the fanciest location I've been to, every other location I've visited was in a basically brand new building . This location was consistent with the cleanliness I associate with this brand
