Social Hall

Loved the ambiance. I had family with kids from out of state visiting and wanted to find a fun place for them to have dinner. The kids are 8 and 10. There was an outdoor game as well as the inside gameroom. It was just opening, when we came for dinner hence the empty game room. Within an hour all of the seats were filled. There was the big rivals ASU vs. UofA just down the street. I chose to come here it was much more comfortable ❤️ The food is definitely better than the stadium. 😁

We hosted a work event with 20 people and our group was really pleased. The ambience on the courtyard patio was nice and this was October. We had access to games and there was a great selection of drinks to choose from. Service was exceptionally good. We ordered a variety of appetizers for happy hour and some dessert items. Everyone had a great time and we would come again!

I hosted a birthday party for my husband & 50 guests in the Rafter Room. From the moment I toured the venue, to the planning, to the cleanup at the end of my event, Ashley (Director of Operations & Private Events) & the rest of the staff took amazing care of us. My party was incredible, and all of our guests were very impressed. The food (I booked the “University” meal package) was above and beyond what I expected for buffet food. The carved prime rib was delicious!!!! The bar manager also worked with me to create a Featured Drink, in honor of the birthday boy, and I had numerous people comment on how good it was. The venue is unique & has a very trendy vibe. We had the best experience! I would absolutely recommend the Social Hall for anyone looking for an energetic & fun event space that will have you and your guests smiling the entire time. (I gave 4/5 stars for “atmosphere” because of the noise, as the Rafter Room is partially opened to the bar/restaurant downstairs.)

During Sat brunch. Staff was friendly, food was good. Had the biscuits and gravy which overall it was good but some of the biscuits were like rocks to eat. Price seems good overall, many things to do for fun and games inside and out. Photo booth worked yet you could t send the pictures or save them so we had to use our phone to take a picture of the picture from the photobooth, which defeats the purpose. Definitely will go again for food and bringing friends.

My husband and I decided to skip the traditional wedding and have an intimate family wedding in the Rafter Room of Social Hall. It was the PERFECT place for us and we are (still!) so thrilled with our decision. I'm not sure how to describe the feeling of walking into Rafter Room. It's moody, intimate, rustic, and it just feels so nice. All of our family and closest friends said the place fit us so well as a couple. We were a bit nervous because we weren't sure how the food was going to be, but WOW. It was incredible! Everyone LOVED the food. After the event, the staff boxed up the food for us. I ate leftovers every day for a week and did not get sick of it. We did the Social Grill package and that smoked brisket with barbecue was heavenly. (Now that I'm writing this, I want to eat it again haha!) The staff was also amazing. Ashley and Madeline were extremely communicative throughout the whole process and were so easy to work with. The staff that helped us the day of were also so nice and helpful. I've been telling everybody about Social Hall as an event space since our wedding. (Also, if you're in need of audio or media for an event, we surprised everyone with a vow video we had filmed a month prior and luckily for us, the Rafter Room has a built-in projector screen and audio setup. It was perfect!) I can't say enough great things about our experience. Thank you to everyone at Social Hall for making our wedding day so special!

I absolutely love this place! The vibes are great and the staff is super nice. I went for my birthday brunch and they were very accommodating. They asked where we would like to sit and they even gave us time to take our pictures. The food and drinks were so amazing, and the prices were great for the portions. They have something for everyone on the menu, and while still being small enough that everything was consent and delicious. I am definitely coming back and definitely recommend!
