Rosati's Pizza

I've been ordering Rosati's for a long time and the past couple of years it had gone down hill and I rarely order from there anymore. This last pizza was cooked to perfection. It was absolutely amazing so if they keep making their pies like this last one I ordered, I'll be a regular customer again. Good job team!

Best Pizza Ever!!!! My dad is from Chicago and he is picky af when it comes to his pizza. There’s no other place we will go. Not to mention, the restaurant in Tempe, AZ off Warner is clean and the staff is amazing. I’d give more stars but it won’t let me …10x⭐️ 10/10 would recommend their pizza. I just moved here so I can’t wait to try everything else on the menu.

Stopped going here a few years ago. Pizza was always burned or made wrong. Decided to give a 2nd chance. Ordered a deep dish. Was told it would take an hour to an hour and 15 min. I arrived after 45 min. My pizza was already done , and ready. I told the guy I'm glad I came early. I hope my pizza hasn't been sitting..he said he just took it out. NOT. The pizza was not hot at all. Really disappointing because the taste was good. But it would have been so much better if it was hot. Had to put it on the oven to heat it up. How inconvenient. Not sure if I will be back. Gave them another try, once I received a valuable coupon. Pizza was good, ckn parm was delicious and a big serving. Wings were ok. Could of been more spice to the hot flavor. Overall satisfied. I will be back

Update: I have gone back a few times since writing this review. Things have gotten better. The rude young man is no longer there. The quality has been what I have come to expect from Rosati's. I have been going to this location for about 20 years, and tonight was the absolutely worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered a sausage pizza, and what I got was a cheese pizza with about 8 small pieces of sausage. Most of the slices had no sausage at all. The edges were missing about an inch of cheese, showing burnt edges and sauce. The same thing goes for the second pizza on the order. Our order was more than $60.00 and this is what they are serving now. One other thing. The young boy with glasses who works the front counter, what is his problem? He has a very bad attitude and is absolutely terrible at customer service, he needs to find another job. I have always considered Rosati's Pizza to be one of the best pizza restaurants, but that appears to be changing. To Rosati's management, you have always had a good thing going, do not ruin it. Your loyal customers have been going to you for a reason! I am not sure if I will ever go back.
