Jimmy John's at Tempe Marketplace has some serious gems with Alex and Mia on the team. Walking in there is like hanging out with friends who just happen to whip up amazing sandwiches. Alex doesn’t just take your order; he's like that buddy who remembers the little things and ensures everything’s on point. He has a cool knack for making you feel right at home, ensuring you get exactly what you’re craving. Mia is equally amazing. Her sandwiches are always top-notch, and she’s consistently kind and professional. Together, these two make Jimmy John’s more than just a sandwich stop. If you drop by and see Alex and Mia, you’re in for a treat. Thanks, you two, for making lunchtime fun!

Love this Jersey Mike's location, always the same each time. There seems to be the same crew there, at least the gentalman with the blonde/ grey hair in a braid. He has been there forever runs a tight ship. Foods great, service good, atmosphere I gave a 3 I would do less but I'm not a bruetly mean person. The tables were all dirty like all the tables used a 2 or 3 rotation of customers. They were a bit busy, but with that large of a crew, one person could sanitize the tables quickly.

This was my first Jimmy John's experience, I came in and the cashier gave me two good recommendations when I asked about the food and sandwitch that I should get. I read the reviews on google that apparently the delivery option sucked so I ordered in person for take out, it was quite fast. I would for sure come back! The food was better than I expected, that's for sure.
