Mr. Mesquite Taqueria

We had met up with friends who suggested we should meet up here while in town. Oddly Tempe seems to be the street taco capital of the western hemisphere with abundant choices. We were immediately greeted upon entry. We easily found available seating at a clean table while we surveyed the menu.The place is full of tantalizing smells that increase your hunger factor. This establishment has a nice inviting atmosphere accented by a friendly and inviting staff. Ordering was simple and straight forward. Our food was quickly cooked to order and we were soon enjoying it without delay. We experienced quick and attentive service without issue. Additionally all of our orders were served up as ordered without issue. The mesquite smoke really elevated the food. In addition to be hot, fresh and flavorful, the portions seemed generous. Overall we had a great time here. The staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic in thier work. I'd happily return.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a fun atmosphere that instantly transported me to the heart of Mexico. The menu at Mr Mesquite Taqueria was a bit limited, but each item is outstanding with authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine. The tacos and burritos are mouthwatering. Whether you're a meat lover or vegetarian, there is something for everyone here. The quality of the ingredients used is evident in every bite, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. One standout item is the packed bowl. The tender, smoky mesquite-grilled chicken combined with the fresh toppings and homemade pico, guac sauce, and pickled onions created a symphony of flavors that left me craving for more. The tortillas looked amazing. My husband had the killer burrito which i could have stolen! Our meal was the perfect start to a fabulous weekend in Tempe Arizona! Whether you're dining with friends, family, or even on your own, Mr Mesquite Taqueria provides a welcoming and comfortable space to enjoy a delicious meal.

Decided to stop in here this week and ordered two chicken street tacos to go. The tacos were stuffed and flavorful, the service quick. It's one of those Chipotle or Subway-type places, where you customize your order as you go. The meats I've ordered so far have a grilled flavor, the sauces and fixings are delicious. Recommend!

Excellent tacos! Great mesquite smoke Carne. I was pleasantly surprised by the great grilled tasty meat. Decent amount of meat. The salsa was good. The beans had a asada taste! Very delicious! The rice was delicious and fully cooked and the taste delicious. I recommend you stop by for great tasting tacos.

The food tastes just as good as it smells!! I was walking down the street following this amazing aroma of mesquite and I found this place. The were grilling and smoking steaks and I didn’t want to leave after I was done eating. The burrito tasted just like Mesquite and the place smelled like Mesquite and I was just basking in Mesquite! Not only was the burrito amazing but the salsa was so good, it also had a mesquite flavor and I just wanted more and more! I wanted to drink a whole bottle of it! Definitely try the salsa if you go there!
