I hardly ever write reviews on google but I just paid $17.70 for a sad (PRE MADE) veggie panini with a bowl of soup that was half full and a bag of chips. So I feel compelled as a good consumer citizen to warn everyone to never eat here. It took 25 minutes And the lady at the register tried to charge me a $1 extra for iceberg lettuce.

Worst service I've had. Food tastes awful. I watched the girl there literally mess up everyone's order in front of me. I finally received my sandwich after 15 mins and there was no avocado or cilantro on it as advertised. I asked for her to put on there and she just took the plate and I waited another five mins. It is supposed to be a panini and the bread is literally soaked in butter spray and not toasted at all. Waste of my time to bring back again. Disgusting sandwich and awful service. Do not go here. Better options in the food court.

Just went with my mom to get some smoothies! The lady at the cashier was very rude. Marisa, didn’t greet us, and rolled her eyes. We waited for about 15-20 min before receiving our drinks. She was taking so long to make the drink, absolutely no hustle. Then the other lady took over and finished making the drinks, once we said something. She took about 3 min to complete the drinks items. I completely understand needing to clean the machine, and gathering all the fruits and vegetables. But It was not busy At all. Six customers received their drink items before we did. There was no apology from any of the workers. The drinks were great, customer service was very poor. They don’t care and took way to long. Thanks but I won’t be back. Try and have your employees smile more.

This must be owned by the stingiest human being on the planet. The salads are $9.00 for lettuce and 4 veggie toppings. My husband wanted a little more onion on his salad and they wanted to charge him another $1. Adding avocado would have been $2. When we asked for ice water, they told us they didnt give away water, but we could buy bottled water. I think I will go to Subway next time. Same price point but unlimited toppings, and friendlier service.

I got the Turkey BLT with avocado wrap and I was standing there waiting for my order when I saw the kid take the wrap out of the cooler wrap it in paper and then put it in the bag..... so he didn't make it fresh? and it shows in the taste and texture of the ingredients. Take the time to make them fresh. I noticed that I am not the only customer to point out the " premade" wraps and sandwiches you serve are stale. I also didn't see and date stamp/mark on the wrap when he took it out from the fridge. Hmmm, wonder when it was made???

First, service was slow and I was the only one in line. I ordered a chipotle panini, it was the saddest looking panini I've ever ordered. Way too many onions and the description says it comes with cilantro. When I asked the cashier why it was missing cilantro, they said it was mixed in the sauce. Panini was 90% bread, and despite the name Green leaf, there was no green in my panini. Safe to say I will never order from here again.

I usually let mistakes slide because we are human after all, but this restaurant made too many errors. The smoothie I ordered was made with an aggressive amount of ginger that stun the senses. I also asked for a salad with extra chicken and payed, just to later find absolutely NO chicken in the salad. I'm sorry, but this restaurant deserved the time to write this negative comment.
