They are usually pretty accurate and quick but they have got my order wrong enough times to remember. Still a pretty solid choice in this area.

The Drive Thru Employees are way to much in a rush to take orders. They need to slow down and allow customers to look at their menu over, including the ingredients as some or most people don't appreciate mustard on their burgers. They need better training!

I've been craving wendys chicken nuggets and strawberry frosty. I went to the drivethrough at the location on power and ray a few days ago and was treated very poorly. First, i pulled in and had to pull a very heavy branch out of the driveway to avoid scratching my car
i watched 3 cars drive into it in front of me. Then, I couldn't hear the person say one minute and I started to order and he yelled at me. I sat for 5 minutes until he said "ok I'm ready" then he kept telling me I couldn't order a frosty as my drink for my combo. Today, I went to this location and was greeted very nicely and placed my order with no questions and I thanked them in the drivethrough and it was just a pleasant experience. I'll never go back to the power rd location. Thank you for being polite and courteous!

I bought the avocado salad for $8 and got a free large drink by using their mobile app and using an offer on there. It was good. I think it should be more like $6 though.
I went again today and ordered the Cobb salad for $7.99. Not bad. I miss the avocado salad though.

The food was hot an delicious. The costumer service was friendly but not very intelligent with their own menus an was not helpful. Other then that 3.5 overall service thankyou wendys

this place is so clean. uniforms and attitude of employees is exceptionally professional.Most importantly and above everything ; is quality of food.i won’t order the pub burger at any other location because this location exceeds expectations every single time. and they are always open. these employees put in work and should be recognized for it.💯

Wendy’s is always great :D They always keep the place clean, which I appreciate. Food comes out quickly and hot (or cold depending on what you order I guess), and they’re always nice to me. Seems like a busy location, but they handle it well even if they seem short staffed.
