A friend and I was just looking for something new, and after some random searching we decided to give this place a try.
I won't lie, I saw the menu pictures and I was not impressed. But trust me, the pictures in the menu does not do the food justice at all! It was hands down one of the best burgers I have had in a long time and I'm excited to return here in the future even if it's a longer drive.
Also thank you to the staff for being so tentative and making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel welcome!

Awesome place for breakfast. Every time I visit CA I try to go. Problem is you will always have to wait in line and they are closed on Tuesdays & Wednesdays... But the food is always great!

I think this is my last time. This place for years was my go to but it has gotten worse every year for the last 10. Got blueberry pancakes, breakfast burrito, OJ, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. It was $47.00. The quality of food is worse every time. For 13 bucks I got one egg, two pieces of sausage, and one biscuit. How does anyone feel good about charging those prices for the most mediocre food in town? Buh bye, Harold’s...

Very good breakfast. Place is rundown and the neighborhood is just plain bad. Be prepared to wait for 30 minutes or so, but the food is worth the wait.

Harold’s is locally celebrated place and has been recognized by local journals .... and it is very much apt. This place has a great ambiance and plenty of great (and healthy) options for food.
Friendly and welcoming staff makes you feel at home in this place. Food is tasty and portions are big. Be hungry before you come in here!!

Typically 4 star, however, loved the way they have opened carefully during this time. The centre table has sanitizers and can't be used to done. All the other tables are in the periphery and separated by transparent vinyl boards.
Very courteous and generous staff. You can customize things to your liking and a ton of dishes have a Mexican touch. Love the food too. I have ordered typical English breakfast in the past, but recently tried there onion rings and Chicken strips too. They were great. The veggie omelette is huge, so please plan to share it, or take it home, please don't waste the food.

Omelette are huge. Great crispy hash browns. Even the English muffin was toasted to perfection. Cozy vibe. Love the history of this place it’s been around since 1961. Not to be missed. Huge menu!!

A typical American diner! Well-preserved interior and friendly service. We headed here for breakfast and had the California as well as some pancakes. The food tasted great and was delivered swiftly. And for once: you get good coffee (all sorts you can think off), and not the regular drip coffee. Would I come back? Certainly!
