I am sad that we can't have a little space of joy like we used to .. Here in this restaurant.🥺 But! At the same time I'm very grateful with the effort that this location is doing to keep everyone safe and with peace of mind knowing that someday , hopefully soon the restaurant will be open again so we can enjoy family time eating great food like we did before all this crazy times.. Thank you so much for letting order today.. I fell welcome and with all the attention as customers we deserve .. I even received a extra small chicken muffin..! I love the gesture! It was so nice from you guys .. This is one of the reasons I come back to this location.. compared to other ones. I will see you soon.

The staff work really hard to serve every person in our community during the pandemic of COVID-19 in the year 2020. Staff walking out of the two customers vehicles there are about 15 people running around the parking lot trying to help every client and every member of our community here in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks area thank you very much for all the hard work that you do. I tried to get food here while my car was getting smogged. They shut everything down and did drive thru only. They literally sent me over to 5 Guys Burgers and thanked me and told me to have a nice day! They shutdown their mobile app because they said they were too busy. What a joke! When this place eventually closes I'll be the one doing a dance in the parking lot laughing! Sorry we are too busy to serve you. Ah, don't worry that problem will eventually take care of it self with these business practices! Have a good day!!!!!
