My daughter wanted lunch. We purchased a Turkey Pesto Panini and a Venti iced coffee. All was delicious and the perfect temperature. The fact that it was lunchtime most likely caused a long slower than expected line

Went a couple times. Ordered a simple coffee with cream which had to be sent thru the barista line (instead of just pouring it and handing it to me) when I got it was cold stale and with no cream. When they closed early for cleaning they couldnt even give me a refill when I asked. Step it up.

Waited half hour to get two drinks and when they were done they were incorrect and I didn’t feel like waiting. I had asked for a refund and the woman gave me attitude after I apologized when they’re the ones that should be apologizing. Not sure why I still come to this place their customer service can just be absolutely terrible.
