I made an order 7:10pm online, The confirmation was made to pick up at 7:30pm. I was at the store at 7:23 the door was already close. One of the employees came to the door his name is Shawn, He was very Rude and not cordial at all. I ask him made an order online his respond was we don't have any orders then i ask him what is going to happen to the money i paid. Shawn respond said that is not problem you deal with it. unfortunally is sad to said but for one employee can made bad repotation of a bussness, This employees should get some training how to treat customers before start working with people. thank you

I had never visited this franchise before because I am gluten free. This location is new. When I drove by I saw a gluten free bread sign!!! Score!! Finally, I could actually have a sandwich away from home. What a great experience when I saw the counter. No pressed meats visible, only real whole muscle meats. The staff totally knew the protocol for dealing with gluten free orders. They were also super friendly as well. Highly recommend this location!
