Papa Johns Pizza

This store appears temporarily or permanently closed. I'm surprised google maps doesn't accurately reflect this. I tried but was unable to order online or via phone during business hours today. I then asked Papa John's customer service live-chat. They just confirmed this is no longer listed as an active location.

What a joke! For a $20.00 pizza you should get exactly what you paid for. When I called back, I was schooled on how they measure toppings. She wanted to tell me all the reasons I am wrong and that the toppings were under the cheese, they weren't. In life and business school you're taught that the customer is always right. One of the toppings wasn't even there. Did I call expecting an apology, yes. I think a replacement pizza (since only one slice partially eaten) would have been a good idea. This employee should not ever speak with customers. Domino's never ever acted this way with me and I feel mad at myself for trying a new pizza place. You don't need little Miss Argue too.

On 9-30-2019, I used the mobile app to place and prepay for an order at around 11pm. The mobile app says this location closes at 11:25 (presumably last order accepted time) as this locations actual closing time is midnight on Saturdays). I drove there to find a notification on my phone that my order had been cancelled and the store empty with lights and oven turned off (belt wasn't moving). It is unacceptable to be closed during published open times. A company can be sued for something this petty, and this is an inconsiderate way to run a business. Even if someone couldn't have been there, then it's the assistant or general managers responsibility to fill in. If the owner doesn't like paying overtime-- too bad, it's cheaper than being taken to court in this sue-happy society. I won't do business here again. I am a busy professional, and a full time student, so for me to get away to splurge on a pizza over the weekend is tough enough without it taking me double the time when I'm already having to 'burn the midnight oil.' Domino's was open and pleased to have my business, and since they're dependable, they'll continue to have my business.
