Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

I don't eat at Fatburger often, so when I get a craving and follow through on it, it's something I know I'll enjoy. Fast forward to today, walk in and order a XXL meal. Jose at the counter asks me if I want cheese on it...No, thanks....everything else ok ?...Yes. I'm asked to wait outside and my order is delivered in 10 minutes or so....I drive home, open my wrapped burger..and it's two giant meat patties topped with two dry half buns...and that's it. No lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce, pickle....nothing. and you charged me $17 ?!??! The worst experience ever. It wasn't busy either, I was the only there ! I call and they say "sorry, comeback we'll make you a new one"...Well it's 20 miles round trip. Forget it. People just don't take pride in their work, not even when it comes to slapping together a simple burger. You have to double check everyone's work.

As I stated in my previous review, there isn’t any issue with service. I met the owner of the restaurant in person and we had a small conversation about the things I liked and things I didn’t. They were kind enough to serve me my correct order. Wings were good and perfectly cooked. Along with the proper sauce (blue cheese). Previous review: Wings were not good. I ordered a boneless wings but received a normal wings. As it took them 15 minutes to give me my order, I didn't complain. I shut up and eat, as I was hungry. It came with blue cheese sauce. I was able to see the chunk of cheese inside the Blue cheese sauce. Only good thing in the wing is the sauce that was poured on top of it. Service was okay as the guy took my order and bring food to the table was nice enough in behavior.
