I usually am not sedated by the regular “acts of kindness.” Most people in this world put on their fake face, but I can see right through their facades most of the time. But Matt, Matt is such a sweetheart. He was a great worker, and wonderfully charismatic. I do not believe I have had such absolutely delightful and wonderful customer service in all my days. I want to thank Madison for being very professional and changing my drink , unfortunetly I order a pineapple smoothie it was not good it tasted rotten , I don't complaint because I work retail too , but I'm pregnant and have been drinking their smoothies and never encounter this . Madison was amazing and apologetic I truly appreciate great customer service .
